Quiet, but close to everything

The apartment is located on the top floor of the Bungalows Don Cayo Golf complex at the foot of the Sierra de Bernia and has beautiful views of the golf course and the mountains. You can park your car on Avenida Principal, from there it is just a few steps down to the front door.

The complex exudes a typical Spanish atmosphere and, even in high season, is a quiet place to relax with a lot to experience within a short distance. There is a passage from the garden to the Don Cayo Golf Club, In the Club there is a fitness studio and the Jacaranda restaurant.

It is only a 10 minute walk to the village, but the way back is uphill. Altea La Vella is a lovely little village; a mix of tourists and locals who meet in the bars and on the terraces. You will find all services: two supermarkets, an organic shop, a bakery, a kiosk, a pharmacy, a bank, a post office, cafeterias and some good restaurants.

The beautiful town of Altea is about 10 minutes by car from the apartment.

In Altea you will find many restaurants, terraces and shops, a modern boulevard and of course the picturesque Casco Antiguo with narrow and cobbled streets, whitewashed houses decorated with pretty flowers and the blue domed church.

The nearest beach is only a 5-minute drive away at Playa La Olla, a beautiful bay where you can swim, canoe or sup to the island of la Olla, or enjoy a delicious paella in one of the Chiringuitos (beach bars).

Long sandy beaches are only 15 minutes away by car in Calpe or in Villajoyosa.
For hikers and cyclists, the Costa Blanca is a true paradise with many beautiful routes in the area.

There is also a lot to discover by car, both inland and along the coast.

Thanks to the wonderful climate on the Costa Blanca, you can enjoy the outdoors all year round and makes it an ideal place to enjoy your holiday!
